Our Fees and Rate Sheet

 

These fees apply to residential closings in Orange, Seminole, Osceola, Lake, Brevard and Volusia Counties. The

 

search fee for counties outside of this area may increase due to vendor charges. We provide service to all Florida

 

counties.

 

 

Closing Fee starts at: $300.00 - $400.00

 

(Includes all fees, shipping and handling, wires, archiving. We don't charge "junk fees".)

 

 

 

Search: $50.00 - $100.00

 

Title Insurance is based on the promulgated rate as follows:

• For the first $100,000 multiply the loan amount/sales price by .00575.

• For the amount above the first $100,00 multiply the loan amount/sales price by .005.

• For amounts of one million and above, please call or email us for quote.

• For reissue credit with a prior owners title insurance policy, please call or email us for a quote.

 

Simultaneous issue policies are $250.00.

 

Endorsements:

Florida Form 9 is 10% of the total title policy charge.

All Residential ALTA Endorsements are $25.00 each.

 

Courtesy Closing/Signing fee: Starting at $150.00, additional charges may apply for closing outside of the office and

out of area.
